Grimace had the opportunity to play the event that was Dead Weights record release and Shook Ones first show in quite a while. Dead Weight was sick as always so I had to pick up the new record. Four tracks of late 80s NYHC Crossover style. Good shit, definitely digging the reverb on "Scarred" (personal favorite track) and is it just me or did I pick up the riff of "Darkness" by Integrity on "Timberlane"? Sick record, great band!
